“I am excited to announce a special 3-part Qi Gong series led by the brilliant and oh so kind, Dr. Holly Battrum, my go to expert for all things Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This series is designed to introduce you to the transformative practice of Qi Gong and help you integrate its benefits into your daily life.
Qi Gong (pronounced “chee gong”) combines gentle movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s energy, or qi. It’s renowned for promoting relaxation, enhancing vitality, and fostering overall well-being.
For this series, we are mixing it up a little. Rather than the traditional evening class that we generally do at The Sundry, we are going to try a little lunch break action. This series will be held 7/10, 7/17, & 7/24 from 12:00 – 12:40. The $99 registration free covers all three classes and includes a yummy cup of tea to go after each session. The idea being you can make it over your lunch hour.
